Choose Signature Brow Shape if you want a customized, polished shape that works with your natural features. The service includes an extended consultation for new clients and shaping with wax or tweezing — no threading.

Brow Lamination is better if you want your brows to look lifted, fuller, fluffier, and easier to style. It also includes precise shaping.

Your 60-minute appointment includes an extended consultation to understand your natural brow pattern and preferences, precise shaping with wax or tweezing, and an aftercare kit. Brow Tint or Hybrid Stain can be added separately when booking.

Brow Lamination results can last up to 8 weeks. Existing clients can book a maintenance appointment 3–4 weeks after their lamination. Maintenance includes brow exfoliation, a deep-conditioning treatment, wax or tweezer cleanup, and a fresh Tint or Hybrid Stain.

Tint is not included automatically. You can add Brow Tint or Hybrid Stain to your appointment during online booking.

A complimentary 15-minute patch test is highly recommended if you have very sensitive skin or have experienced or suspected an allergic reaction to skincare or beauty products. If you have any concerns, it is always safer to test a small area before booking the full service.

Please avoid Retin-A products for at least 72 hours before a Signature Brow Shape appointment.

Brow Lamination is not recommended while using Retin-A or Retinol, or if you have eczema or psoriasis near the brow area. If you use other prescription skincare products, please contact us before booking.

Brow Lamination and Lash Lift are currently not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

A Lash Lift works with your natural lashes, lifting and curling them for a more open, defined look that can last 4–8 weeks. Lash Tint can be added for extra depth.

Choose Classic Extensions for a soft, natural mascara effect, Hybrid Extensions for a balance between natural and fuller lashes, or Volume Extensions for a bolder, more dramatic result.

Please arrive with clean lashes. This allows more appointment time to be spent creating your lash set and helps achieve the best possible result.

For a two-week fill, at least 60% of your extensions must remain. For a three-week fill, approximately 40–50% must remain. Appointments booked outside the three-week timeframe will be considered a new full set.

Extensions from another studio must be removed before a new set is applied. Please add Lash Extensions Removal to your booking if you currently have extensions applied elsewhere.

A deposit may be required for select services and peak appointment times. Your deposit is applied toward the remaining balance of your service.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit and a fee equal to 50% of the service price. Missed appointments without notice are also subject to a 50% service fee.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, the service may need to be adjusted. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Yes. House-call appointments start at $700 for five hours and require a $100 deposit. The final price depends on your location, the number of people, and the services requested.

When booking, please provide your location, number of guests, and the services you need. You will be contacted using the phone number provided to confirm the final invoice total.

Yes. Service bundles include five appointments for the price of four. A personal redemption code is emailed after purchase, does not expire, and can be used only by the person who purchased the package.

Digital gift cards are also available in several amounts and do not expire.

Yes. You can select a complimentary Silent Appointment when booking if you would prefer to relax without conversation during your service.
